The hotel's location was comfortable, not far from Bilbao for the Guggenheim as well as all tourist sights, including Old Town. Premium queen room with extremely comfortable beds was ready when we arrived.

The weather was very good, had brilliant stay for 3 nights. Its location was comfortable in right location for accessing Metro to get to Exhibition centre. Spent our evenings in nearby Bar Berton Goikoa enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

The setting is amazing and magnificent, short walk to the tram, the Guggenheim Museum and the Museo de Bellas Artes and supermarkets. Great nearby places include El Sagradito, we usually had drinks there.

The location was perfect and exceptionally nice for Bilbao, just next door to the Guggenheim Museum and Old City, parks, Guggenheim Museum, Fine Arts Museum and the striking Bilbao Athletic football stadium and Very close to the stadion. We where given new-fashioned and beautifully designed rooms with a lovely patio and jacuzzi tub.

I appreciated this hotel and would stay there again when visiting Bilbao. Pleasant and luxury place all in all, has courteous staff in the restaurant and at the reception desk. The location is very central, right by the restaurant, the Old Town and the surrounding areas. You can relax at El Sagradito, located nearby.

This venue had an excellent reception. The hotel was in a shopping area, short walk to Bilbao and the centre of Bilbao. Also, it was near Museum of Fine Arts of Bilbao. I appreciated the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. They made my stay great!

Morning meal food was rich. Perfect location, nice prices. Bilbao is worth vacation, Moyua subway station is 10 minutes walk for better exploring. Fortunately, free Wi-Fi was available.
